Christmas Time at the Curry's

Merry Christmas!

Unfortunately Kayla hasn't made her big arrival yet...but she will have a great first Christmas in 2009. Since we couldn't travel to Kansas City for the holidays, Sarah's side of the family came to visit us in Des Moines. Kayla got some very good gifts for Christmas and she can't wait until she can enjoy each and everyone of them. Christy, Kayla's 6 month old cousin was able to make the trip as well and we definitely enjoyed her entertainment. Enjoy some fun pictures from the day.

Fun Facts about 39 weeks!

Little baby girl is growing bigger and fatter and is making her mommy very uncomfortable by the day. She is now about 20 inches long and weighs around 7lbs. Her brain is growing at an astonishing rate and is now bigger than her father's...just kidding? Here is a picture of Mommy and Daddy who both appear to be VERY pregnant!

Getting Ready for Baby Girl!

As most of you know, we are waiting on the stork to come! This week marks week 37 of gestation. Some fun facts of this week include the average weight of the fetus is 6.5 pounds and she is roughly 21 inches. The doctor says she is head down, which should make labor go smoother (if that is possible)! Jeff and I have been preparing for our baby girl's arrival.
